And suddenly Devi, one of our fine business analysts comes rushing to the tech team \u2013 09 table and screamed \u201cI need an app up and live within two days, a client I\u2019m managing is in a hurry!\u201d. Ted, the team lead walks over with a glass of water and calms her down and says \u201cSure, no worries, we can do it. Now, breathe and confirm to me if it is just the base product without any changes.\u201d To this Devi is pensive and says \u201cActually there are just a couple of changes in the payments screen of iOS and Android apps and also in the rewards screen.\u201d Reluctantly, Ted says, \u201cSorry Devi, if there are any changes apart from the logo, splashscreen and name of the app, we need a proper sign off by the client in email. Otherwise our expectations will not coincide with the client and they will be unhappy even after we finish what we understood from what they ask.\u201d<\/p>\n
